Inspired by Johnny Neill's travels to the Indian subcontinent in the late 1990's, our Oriental Spiced Gin is distilled with an emphasis on the exotic flavors and aromas of the Orient.
- Aroma - Rich, fragrant aromas of cardamom, cubeb and coriander leading into piney juniper and fresh citrus peel
- Palate - Juniper is complemented by warm, earthy notes of cumin leading into more peppery, gingery spice with a dash of lemon
- Finish - A long, elegant and balanced finish full of pepper and savoury spice
- Botanicals - Juniper, turmeric, saffron, cardamom, chilli, lemon, ginger, star anise, coriander, cumin seeds, orange, grains of paradise
Signature Serve - 50ml Whitley Neill Oriental Spiced Gin and 100ml Premium Tonic Water of choice. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of Lemon Wheel.
